Marketplace Terms

Last updated: 2 October 2026

1. About Nsuwa Marketplace

Nsuwa Marketplace is an online marketplace that helps buyers discover and purchase coffee from independent suppliers. Nsuwa provides the marketplace, account, checkout and order-management experience. Each supplier is responsible for the products it lists and for fulfilling its own part of an order.

2. Your account

You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your sign-in details secure and using the marketplace lawfully. You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with another user’s account or orders.

3. Product information

Product descriptions, prices, stock information, images, delivery charges and supplier details are provided by the relevant supplier. We expect suppliers to keep listings accurate, but availability can change before checkout is completed.

4. Orders and payment

Your basket may contain products from more than one supplier. You complete one secure checkout through Stripe, but each supplier remains responsible for its own products and fulfilment.

An order is not complete until payment has been accepted. We may cancel or refund an order where payment fails, stock is unavailable, fraud is suspected or fulfilment cannot reasonably proceed.

5. Delivery

Each supplier sets its own delivery charge and, where offered, its own free-delivery threshold. Delivery is calculated separately per supplier because suppliers dispatch their own parcels. A multi-supplier order may therefore arrive in more than one delivery.

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

If there is a problem with an order, use the issue process in your account or contact us. Depending on the circumstances, an outcome may include replacement, partial refund, full refund or closure without a refund.

Nothing in these terms removes or reduces any rights you have under applicable consumer law. Statutory cancellation and return rights can depend on the nature and condition of the goods.

7. Reviews and user content

If you submit a review or other content, it must be honest, relevant and lawful. We may remove content that is abusive, misleading, unlawful, unrelated to a genuine marketplace experience or otherwise inappropriate for the service.

8. Service availability

We aim to keep the marketplace available and accurate, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or maintain parts of the service where reasonably necessary.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, Nsuwa is responsible for operating the marketplace service, while each supplier remains responsible for the products it sells, their description, quality, legality and fulfilment.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the marketplace evolves. The current version will be published here with the latest update date.
