NSUWA
MARKETPLACE

Delivery & returns

How delivery works when you buy from independent suppliers on Nsuwa Marketplace.

Delivery

Each supplier sets its own standard delivery charge and, where offered, its own free-delivery threshold.

If your basket contains products from more than one supplier, delivery is calculated separately for each supplier because each business ships its own parcel.

You will always see the delivery breakdown and full order total before you proceed to payment.

Dispatch & tracking

After payment, each supplier prepares and dispatches its own part of the order.

Your account shows the status of your order. Where a supplier provides courier or tracking information, those details are shown with the relevant dispatch update.

Problems, returns & refunds

If an item is damaged, incorrect, missing or has not arrived, open the relevant order from your Nsuwa account and report the problem. The marketplace issue process lets Nsuwa review the order and record the outcome.

Depending on the circumstances, an outcome may include a replacement, partial refund, full refund or closure without a refund. Refunds that are approved are returned through the original payment method.

This page explains the Nsuwa Marketplace process and does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
