If your question is about an existing order, sign in and open the order first. You can view dispatch details and report a problem directly from your account.
Using the order page helps us see the correct supplier, items and payment information when reviewing an issue.

What to include
For faster support, include your name, the email address on your account and, where relevant, the last eight characters of your order number. Do not send card details or passwords by email.
