NSUWA
MARKETPLACE

Seller Terms

Last updated: 2 October 2026

1. Applying to sell

Suppliers must submit accurate application information and receive Nsuwa approval before supplier tools are unlocked. Approval is not guaranteed and may be reviewed if information changes or marketplace standards are not met.

2. Your storefront and listings

You are responsible for keeping your business details, product descriptions, images, prices, stock levels, roast and origin information, delivery settings and other listing content accurate and up to date.

You must have the right to use any text, trademarks, logos and images you upload.

3. Product and legal compliance

You are responsible for ensuring that products sold through Nsuwa Marketplace comply with applicable law, food-safety requirements, labelling rules and any allergen or ingredient disclosure obligations that apply to your products.

4. Orders and fulfilment

When you receive a paid order, you must prepare and dispatch your items within a reasonable timeframe, package them appropriately and provide accurate dispatch or tracking information where available.

If you cannot fulfil an order, you should tell Nsuwa promptly so the customer can be supported and the appropriate cancellation or refund action can be taken.

5. Delivery

You control your own standard delivery charge and free-delivery threshold. Delivery charged to the customer for your part of an order is intended to be passed through to you. You are responsible for the actual cost and performance of your chosen delivery service.

6. Marketplace fees and payouts

The platform fee applicable to your store is the fee configured for your supplier account or otherwise agreed with Nsuwa. Marketplace fees are calculated on product sales, not on the supplier delivery charge, unless a different arrangement is agreed.

Payouts are handled through Stripe Connect and depend on your Stripe account being correctly set up and eligible to receive payouts.

7. Refunds, reversals and customer issues

Where an order issue is attributable to your products or fulfilment, Nsuwa may issue an appropriate customer refund and recover or withhold the corresponding amount from your supplier payout, including reversing a transfer where necessary.

You agree to cooperate reasonably with order investigations and provide information needed to resolve customer issues.

8. Customer information

Customer names, addresses, contact details and order information provided to you must be used only for legitimate fulfilment, customer support, accounting and legal-record purposes. You must protect that information and must not use it for unrelated marketing without a lawful basis.

9. Marketplace conduct

You must not use the marketplace for misleading, unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity. Nsuwa may pause products, restrict supplier access, withhold affected payouts where legally permitted, or remove a supplier where necessary to protect customers or the marketplace.

10. Ending supplier access

You may ask to stop selling on Nsuwa, but outstanding orders, refunds, disputes and legal obligations must still be completed. Nsuwa may suspend or end supplier access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the marketplace changes. The latest version will be published here. Questions can be sent to nsuwacoffee@gmail.com.
