Can I buy from more than one supplier in the same order?
Yes. Add coffee from multiple suppliers to one basket and complete one secure checkout. Each supplier prepares and sends its own parcel.
How is delivery calculated?
Delivery is calculated separately for each supplier. Each supplier sets its own delivery charge and free-delivery threshold, and you will see the breakdown before checkout.
Why might my order arrive in more than one parcel?
Nsuwa Marketplace connects independent suppliers. When you buy from more than one supplier, each business dispatches its own part of the order.
How do I know when my coffee has been dispatched?
You can view order progress in your account. Suppliers can mark their part of an order as dispatched and add tracking details where available.
What if there is a problem with my order?
Open the order from your buyer account and report the issue. Nsuwa can review the problem and manage the appropriate resolution or refund workflow.
Can I save coffees for later?
Yes. Signed-in buyers can save coffees, follow suppliers, view recently viewed products and use Buy Again for previous purchases.
How do suppliers join Nsuwa Marketplace?
Suppliers submit an application when they register or upgrade a buyer account. Nsuwa reviews the application before supplier tools are unlocked.
Are payments secure?
Payments are handled through Stripe. Nsuwa Marketplace does not ask you to send payment directly to an individual supplier.
